im a niner fan so im kind of biased...anyways i have the niners dst and the jets dst..i have jets starting but thinking to start sf this week because of the matchups(sea vs sf and nyj vs ne)...I know the patriots barely beat the bills but it was bradys first real game in like a year, so i need help making this decision lol

Both matchups are weak but I would never start a DEF going against New England, so go with the 49ers.
Maybe there's a sleeper DEF on free agency that you can pick up instead, like the Falcons vs Carolina or the Saints @ Philly?

my friend just picked up atlantas a couple days ago and saints are available, i would take them but they only had 13 points last week against the lions, 49ers had 13 against the cardinals who are more of an offensive threat so i would think to say with sf, thats why im just wondering between sf and ny....the jets d looked good last week but they are playing against tom brady...BUt the patriots will not have welker this week

neither D is good....go pick up the washington defense or something....Defense is something you can play off the waiver wire...theres always going to be one crappy matchup the favors one team more...like washington st. louis

went to pick up washington but caught it a lil too late and i couldnt get em til wednesday so im sticking with sf
