I am going for a bulk routine. I am trying to put on 5-15 pounds of muscle, maybe a little fat, by February. I am currently at 175 pounds.

Any feedback would be great and appreciated. Will rep if answers are helpful. (Sounds conceited but you know what I mean)

CHEST/BACK

Bentover Rows - 3 x 5-8
Bench Press - 3 x 5-8
Chinups - 2 x 6-10
Incline Bench Press - 2 x 6-10
Deadlifts - 2 x 5
Cable Crossovers - 2 x 8-12

ARMS

Barbell Curl/EZ Curl 2x6 - 8
- Supersetted with -
Triceps V-bar pushdown 2x8 - 10

Hammer Dumbbell curl 2x8 - 12
- Supersetted with -
Weighted dips (+ added weight) 2x6 - 10

Preacher curls 2x6 - 8
- Supersetted with -
Skull crushers 2x6 - 10

Incline dumbbell curl 2x8 - 10
- Supersetted with -
Close grip bench presses 2x4 - 8

LEGS/SHOULDERS
Squats 3x8
Leg Extensions 3x8
Leg Curls 3x8
Calf Raises 3x8

Side Raises 3x8
Front Raises 3x8
