Who should I bench? (RB's)

I am going to start McFadden @ KC, but I dont know who to bench.

My current starters:
Turner (ATL) @ (CAR)
Portis (WAS) @ (STL)
Sproles (SD) @ (BAL)

I was thinking Sproles, but he was the only one that scored me some points last week out of the 3.

Bench Sproles

Carolina and St Louis are garbage, Baltimore has a lot better D and LT is gonna take away too many carries

That Ravens Defense didn't give up a lot of rushing yards even though they gave up some points.


Just depends, if your league gives points for return yards I'd bench Portis. But if you only get points for rushing/receiving yards and TDs I'd probably bench Sproles.


Julius Jones was all over the Rams and Portis is a better back so he should do the same.
