I have LT and would really like to have sproles just in case.
My WR are R. Moss, roddy white, desean jackson, and hester. Also have J. Morgan and Holt.

1. What other RB do you have?
2. How many WR do you start?
Hester for Sproles would be reasonable. I wouldn't give up DSJ for him unless you really need back help or LdT goes down for the season. Norv is dumb and will feed LdT the ball even when he is getting 2.5 yards a pop.

I tried to give up Eddie Royal in a PPR league for him. That is a complete time share taking over and they are probably going to start fazing LT out.

In a non-PPR league he had a pretty good game last week.
But neway. I would trade Hester for him but not DSJ. Your recievers are pretty damn solid
