So I have Hasselback and Matt Ryan, and I figured since they both are legit starters, someone has a 2 QBa worse than them and would make a trade.

So I put them both on the block, and got offered this:

Ryan

for
Antonio Bryant
Shaun Hill

Guy also has Matt Schuab, and I may try to do Schuab/Bryant for Matt Ryan

Yes? No?

Shuan Hill is garbage.

Who is Hasselback and what team does he play for?

Seahawks QB Matt Hasselbeck is a great player though.

blah on the typo

I know Hill is garbage, and he would obviously be my backup to whichever QB I trade

dude it's a forum noone cares if he misspells hasselbeck

and OP, schaub missed 5 games the past 2 seasons and had some injury problems in the rpeseason, you could probably get a lot better for ryan

Don't trade Matt Ryan for that garbage.

Hill isn't going to be a great fantasy starter. He is going to manage the game. Not throw for 300+ yards and 3 TD's. I'm also not buying Bryant as a solid WR option.

Matt Ryan is the best QB you have. If people aren't buying either QB yet wait a week or two and try to trade one to fill a need.

EDIT: One last thing when taking fantasy advice beware of homer's.

I just know that having two quality starters, I should be able to leverage them to try to upgrade another position.

Yea, Hill sucks and Schuab isn't a prize, but they will be my backups, who theoretically will come in just during the bye week.

That's all fine and dandy however you are another piece of **** in A. Bryant. hardly an upgrade to your WR core. Even if it was you should be able to a better WR.

My WRs:
Reggie Wayne
Donald Driver
and my flex position is actually McFadden, but my 3rd WR is prolly Miles Austin.

If you're trading Ryan, you should be targeting #2 grade RBs and WRs...not a "potentially" good...check that, serviceable... QB and a WR coming off an injury with a questionable QB. It looks like Tampas D might be a little leaky this year, so I don't want to completely knock Bryant...There's high probability TB will be throwing at the end of games. He has a place on your team, just as a bench guy until you need him.

You can pull Ryan Grant, Ray Rice, LJ, Barber...in that caliber RB
Bowe, TO, Colston, Welker, OchoCinco...that caliber WR

That depends on who you like, or who you think is going to help your team now and in the future. I'm trying to establish a tier for you to start looking in.

Those would be guys I would want, if I'm upgrading my WR, RB or FLEX spot. You can get a backup QB in the deal, and package Ryan with a low grade WR/RB.

I would find the guy in your league with the most QB problems and try to pry away one of his WR's. You won't get a #1 Stud but you could get a really good #2 WR.

This guy MAY be the guy witht he most QB problems!

He's got Boldin as his top WR, Forte as his top RB.

Who are his other WR's? You may be able to get Boldin if he has some other good WR's. Boldin is coming off a down week. You never know what you can get unless you offer.

A guy has Warner/Jason Campbell

may offer Ryan for Fitzgerald/Jennings?

I doubt you will be able to get Fitz or Jennings from the guy. Unless Warner has a horrible week or two. You may need to wait on that one.

\and Schuab isn't a prize, \

He is if he's healthy.

That is a BIG question though. I stay away from Schaub.
