OKAY...SO I SIGNED UP FOR A SCULPTING CLASS.
AND AS I SAID I AM GETTING MARRIED IN MARCH...THE CLASS IS 1 HOUR EVERY TUES AND THURS...WILL THIS DO ANYTHING FOR ME??? I AM LOOKING TO GET GREAT ARMS AND BACK FOR MY DRESS...

Sculpting classes will work on toning the muscle. Are you still going to engage in resistence training and cardio? How is your diet and do you know your bodyfat percentage? :)

I EAT A LOT OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES. LEAN MEATS...MY WEAKNESS IS CARBS.
I DON'T KNOW MY BODY FAT. I AM OVER-WEIGHT...BUT DON'T LOOK IT. I AM TALL SO I CARRY IT BETTER THEN MOST.
I HAVE A CARDIOGLIDE...I DO THAT 2X A WEEK. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO? WHAT SHOULD I MODIFY DIET AND EXERCISE WISE??

Fruits and veggies are good, but if you want to drop fat you may want to limit the fruit. Keep your fruit before noon and eat lots of veggeis. Eat protein with every meal! Take in 6 small meals a day containing protein and carbs, veggies preferably for weight loss.
Cycle your cardio with moderate and high intensity. For example: walk at a good moderate pace for 4 minutes and lite jog for 4 minutes. Pick the cardio up to 4-5 times a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. A scoop of whey protein will aid in sparing lean muscle mass. :)
