This is my 4th week going to the gym 5 days a week and going as often I can during the day sometimes I go three times, one or two times a day, But I break up my workouts were I'm not over training my body.
So, today is Monday and I decided to push myself a little more than last week. what I try to do every week is change up my routine so my body doesn't fall into any routines and slows itself down. I really pushed myself today and work harder than last week.
I am in the process of setting goals little by little to attain them. I am not trying to over due it because it took years for my body to get out of shape and will take time for it to rehabilitated back to a healthy state.
I am looking forward to tommorrow just to see what my will is willing to do. With a made up mind you can do anything that you desire to do. The great thing is that you can change your body through exercise and eating in moderation without having a medical degree.
