Hello,
I just turned 25 years old, male, 150 lbs, 5'10 (currently have no muscle mass whatsoever). I have had my right side latissimus dorsi, teres major, etc. all messed up for about 10 months now. I have purposely done almost nothing with my right arm just so that I don't add extra strain and stress to that area. I have had numerous diagnostic tests done to rule out anything more serious, and have come to the conlusion that I just need to slowly rehab it and build back muscle mass and flexibility in the area. This coupled with weakness, fatigue, and anxiety have really done their part to mess up my life.
I will be joining a gym tomorrow and I'm looking for advice on machines and excercises I should look into using for rehab. As I am weak, I will be using very little to no weight (which is embarassing, but it's better than nothing.). Thank You for any help or links you can provide. I REALLY appreciate it.
P.S. - I figure that by working out, I will either make the area stronger, thus doing away with the pain, OR injure myself further which will allow doctors to more easily see why I have pain in the area, and eventually cure me. So, basically working out is a win-win.
