I am currently 5 wks out from my first comp and just want to know how long it takes to start seeing real results? i have been dieting and training for 6 wks now and have notice some muscle growth but not fat loss, can you give me any tips? i do 30 min cardio before meal 1 and then i weight train and do another 20min cardio after that 5 days a wk any advise would be great. thanks

1. Are you kidding? Is this a for real post?

2. I am reading that you began training for the first time 6 weeks ago and you think that you are going to do a comp. Is this correct?

3. What type of "comp" are you doing (bbing, figure, bikini)

4. Who is helping you or advising you to do this comp?

I would like you to answer these questions becuase you are SO FAR OFF the mark in general concepts that I could write a book and this will help us to narrow things down a little.
