Should I start Chirs Johnson against Pit or Reggie Bush against DET. Bush has a great matchup and pierre isnt supposed to play but johnson is too good of a stand out player to bench... thoughts???

I hate ever benching a Chris Johnson type player, but with P Thomas out and Bush having such a tasty (no homo) matchup i would start Bush.

Johnson will get a lot of touches tonight. You would have to be crazy to bench him but maybe even crazier to bench Bush this week.

Mike Bell had a great pre-season for NO and he'll be the prime RB this week. Reggie will still play his normal RB/WR position but he may get a few more looks. I actually picked up Bell off waivers and am playing him in one of my deep leagues.

Overall I would probably have to go with Johnson for this week. He's certain to get touches, Reggie can be hit or miss some weeks.

Yeah bell is supposed to be getting around 15-20 touches so he is a good start against Detroit, but if it is a PPR league then Bush is pretty consistent. Before he got hurt last year he was puttiin up monster numbers. As much as they throw he will probably get at least 5 catches.

Bush was actually leading my league in pts last year until week 6 when he got hurt.

On the other hand...

Johnson doesn't have that huge game potential this week IMO. He will probably put up good numbers but I wouldn't expect any insane fantasy points from him this week.

Reggie DOES have the potential to put up some major fantasy points this week with Thomas out and Detroit's defense.
