About me:
I originally wasn't going to do a log, but after cashing out i figured hopefully someone else can benefit from the price.
I'm twenty years old.
I have about 25-30% bodyfat
I've been weight lifting on and off for 7 years.
The past two years i've really stepped up my game.
After not seeing defined abs in two years it's time to lose this lifting gut and see what i'm really made of.
I've done some mini-cuts but for the better part of two years i've bulked (nearly 45lbs).
Approach:
I will be cutting calories to around or less that 2000kcal/day because i find that i respond best to very low calories.
This log will be run solo meaning that i will only be taking what came in the Mitotropin box. I've seen several logs lately that, half way through, introduce a random NO product, or another cutting pill. That annoys me deeply because it hurts the legitimacy of the results.
I work on a 3 days on 2 days off split consisting of Back/Bi/Forearm, Pec/Tri/Abs, Legs/Shoulders.
I live at college, so my meals will be based on that. I try for 5-6 meals a day as everyone should.
What am i looking to get out of Mitotropin?
Realistically i would like to lose 10 lbs of fat in the 30 day duration.
I'm hopinh that Mitotropin can truely get the weight-loss ball rolling, so to speak.
How will i critique Mitotropin?
I'll cut to the chase, i spent a pretty penny and want results. If i find the result i want i will praise this product, if not, my words will not be so pleasent.
I will log:
My daily caloric intake.
Workouts and activities.
Daily mood, energy, misc.
Weekly mini-reviews on how i think the product is helping/hurting/doing nothing.
I purposely made it so my first day of Mitotropin is also the first day of rest incase my body does not respond well.

Day one is in the bag. I weighed in at 231. It was pretty rough. I got a late start on the day and took 2 Mito's at 11am. I wanted to start with 2 to judge my tolerance to the stims. They were fine. The pills on the other hand have a putrid scent to them. After about twenty minutes my body started to tingle, i'm not sensitive to caffeine at all, i'm used to about 250mg/day. It wasnt a caffeine rush, it was just, different, in a good way. My meals today were generally in order, i forgot how tough it is to stuff that much protein into me every 2.5 hrs. I took the second 2 tabs 6 hours later, 5pm. I didnt feel anything right away (i would assume because of the food i have been eating all day) until about 8:30pm. I got a rush of energy, and could barely stand still. Things that would normally not bother me just got under my skin. The girl infront of me yapping, or the guys behind me talking about their party expoits from the night before, while i was waiting in line for some roast beef.
I did something unexpected. My back was up for some lifting so i ate, and immediately got to it. I needed to burn the aggression off.

Over-all it was a good first day. My 30-day meal spread will be updated and attached daily. "Meal spread" is the 2007 xcel, "Meal spread2" is 97-2003 compatable.

Today was surprisingly mediocre. I didn't feel anything from taking the mito. I even took a nap after my 3 o'clock dosing. I'm trying to keep my diet in check as much as i can, i had a little too much on my 5th meal though. The caffeine isn't a big deal either.

I didn't see the fats on the spreadsheet. Are you taking the flaxseed oil servings plus the almonds on the low carb days?

yes i am. i'm doing their version of a carb cycle so i didn't include the fat break down. inbetween the 3rd n 4th meals i eat the almonds.

Today was pretty uneventful. I took the two dosings of 3 pills and lazed around for the better part of the day. Did not feel any real change becacuse of the mito.

The thermo finally kicked in. i didnt really notice sweating much, until i stood up after an hr long lecture, and the seat was saturated. I was full of energy today, i took the mito at 9 and 4, but i am in the process of a HUGE crash right now. i just want to pass out.
I did bi/tri today, by far the heaviest day i have done in a long time.

i was a fan before i even started i did so much research on it i probably now more then the reps. it was a long wait before i could get my hands on it though its scarce up here. i waited 9 months, in my wait i tried a few other fatburners the strongest being meltdown, almost tried ripped freak but held out for mito.
in these last few days i've being on it has really shocked me because i got the same results of a whole bottle of meltdown compared to just 15 tabs of mitro. at 1 point in my life i was ripped to the bone and in better condition than anyone i knew with a heartrate of 47 and thats my goal
i cant wait to see if your results will be similar to mine and i'll keep you posted on my end results of my cycle

Hey thanks for the reply, im interested in your results with to (mainly to see if im doing it wrong :P) i tried animal cuts last christmas and it was okay, mito will be the second ''diet'' pill that i've taken. Well..... I took hotrox for about 3 days until i destroyed the toilet in a flaming fury, but thats another story. 'Up here' meaning canada? 47 bpm is pretty sick, boarderline disgustingly good lol. I think my lowest was high 50's during highschool sports.
What day are you on now?

The thermo has kicked in, im constantly hot, not uncomfortable hot, but noticably warm. i generally sweat through my shorts/shirt when i sit for too long. the temp increase peaked at about 3 hours after the first dose. i took them at 11 and 5. About an hour after the second dose i got a horrible pain behind my left sinus. took a 20 minute power nap and headed off to the gym, it was leg day and all.

i'm on day 6, my temp hasnt risen to high yet, i pass water like mad though. havent lost weight probably because i have stuck to my other supps...quatro isowhey, no2 black, creatine modo
went to gym today, got ab cramp, dont usually get cramps during workouts, must be from the water loss
sweating like crazy. great pump though, worked on arms bis tris and forearms threw in some crunches and shoulders waiting for use of wates
have strange b.o. i think its from the fats melting out of my body and my veins are starting to pop out some that i havent seen in yrs and others that i've never seen ever and the gals really dig them
my plasmajet order just came in yesterday so i'll switch to that and cut down on the other supps just to see what happens

!!!!!!!!!!!(bolded). i was sitting in class today, trying to figure out wtf the weird smell was (i put deodorant on after my shower too). it was a bitterish scent ive never smelt before, turns out it was me. i didnt even think it could have been from the mito. i'm passin a lot of water though, i'd bet that your cramp was from not having enough water in your system for the creatine. i'm going to weigh myself on saturday when i get home to check. my body has only risen about 1-2 degrees, but it's noticable. i sweat a lot easier now in the gym too, on my second set of leg presses last night it was dripping off of my face.

One word described today, bloated. I'm going to up my water intake by 1/2 a gallon to try and combat it (im drinking about 1.5 gallons a day). Overall the day went well, i'm always a little sluggish on carb up days. I'm starting to get more vascularity, esp. in my forearms and brachial artery.

Tirrrrrrrreed. Felt great throughout the day, hardcore crashed about an hr after my workout. This stuff really pumps me up. today i hit a new PR on my deadlift of 325lb (with everyone in the college gym staring because wtf are deadlifts?). If nothing else, my intensity, lifts, and confidence have went up.

did a mirror check today, starting to notice visible indentations of fat loss on my sides this stuff is pretty quick, kinda weird i checked my weight still the same not complaining though lots of new veins popping out and increased mass on delts, pecs and tris
went to gym today no cramps drank like a fish didnt use too much speed this time i used 1/4 dose, used my plasmajet, felt slightly stronger did more reps in my sets, sticking to my same diet mostly high protein and then mostly carbs just before i hit gym
and im planning to add novadex next week when my order comes in (as recommended)
the other night had hard time sleeping, heart was at 120 i took my 6 to close in the time frame window wont happen again, also, just as a precaution that's why i only took 1/4 dose of speed; which i am going to switch to a more proper pre workout supp most likely superpump or jack3d but im going to let my body adjust to the mito for about a week 1st
btw thats some pretty impressive power lifting i was just contemplating adding that too!

The caf. isnt really effecting me much, i took caf. pills just to make it through classes and such. I look better in the mirror (slightly) but have only managed to lose 1 lb. a 120 heartrate is pretty high for resting, like, really high lol. My resting is around 70-75. I'm hoping that i'm holding a bit of water or something and that the weight will start to drop off a little quicker after the first two weeks. Thanks :) i've been trying to up my weight stats a little lately

I took friday and sat. off, because of that i forgot to post on friday. I weighed in sat. morning at 230lbs. Kind of disheartening... I lazed around most of the day, waiting for UFC 103 to come on. I'm really hoping that i start losing some noticable lbs soon, because at a glace it looks sort of counter productive. I've had a decent calorie cut for the past (just under) two weeks and only one pound to show for it, with a fat loss pill. Hmm.

I'm not feeling any sort of effect from the mito. it looks like im leaning out a little but i havent lost more than 1 lb. i dont know whether i've built up resistance to the mito or not, i really dont feel anything after 6 pills a day.

very strange i havent lost any weight ether but i have noticed a lot of cuts and mass but im happy that i can see the differance
my metabolism is a lot faster at the start my sleeping pattern was changed but it seems to be back to normal
i just got my order of novadex today i'll see how that helps and i switched back to plasmajet and i'm going to cut out the creatine till i'm done this cycle of mito
i really havent been able to chug the recommended 2 gal but today i got pretty close i just picked up a 1 gal jug to keep proper track of my water intake

hey bro havent seen u post in a while u still on mito i'm sticking it out this is definitely no weightloss supp it sure produces lean mass though, if i stuck with the creatine and high protein diet i know i would have gained weight. i sure wouldnt recommend it for those looking to lose weight fast.

Sorry, it's been a little while. What happened was that i got sick on the 24th, so idiot me took bronkaid (was weezing as hell), and dayquil. Turns out that you're not meant to take that much stimulant, and i was down and out for a few days. After that i stopped taking the Mito because my heart really needed a rest. Since then i've dropped more weight than i was losing on the Mito from correcting my diet even more.
I would not reccommend Mitotropin to anyone for any reason. For $70 it is completely not worth it.

man that terrible, i hear u about being hard on the heart its being pretty tough on me too and i have a high tolerance for stims hope u get better btw way that deadlift looks deadly thanks for the update i was getting worried
we only learn whats best for us by trying and if we dont we never learn anything
ps i have being using novadex and i'm going to switch back to thrust by magnum which has been more effective
