This is my first day on havoc and im starting with 10 mg's. Ill start with giving my stats.
Weight - 155
Height - 5'11"
Age - 21

I'm not doin measurements and for all of you who think thats dumb im sorry but i like to go by the mirror not the scale or measurements. Today im going to do chest around 3 o clock on 10 mg's I will report back and let everyone know how it went. Thanks for reading.

Day one went well. I felt the havoc in my chest after only warming up on a press machine. It is deidently a pump I have never felt before and my endurance was up also.

Incline dumbell bench - (60x11) (70x7) (75x4)
Flat Bench dumbell flys - (35x12) (40x12) (50x10)
Incline Barbell bench - (135x6) (155x2) (155x2) - My barbell isnt so hot i know.
Cable Flys - (40x15) (50x12) (55x10)
Decline Press Machine - DROPSET beginning at 160 down to 80.

I have been on and off for about 3 years now and went from 135 to 155. I am a super hardgainer and take in as much carbs and protein i can handle i mean i eat every two hours but its just really hard for me to put on weight. I decided to start this cycle because the plateau im at ive been here for a little bit and i HAVE been pushing myself. So im trying this out ihave heard a lot of good things.

Didn't mean to come off as the ******* that I did. Brother I just don't want you to have 5 ph cycles under your belt just to reach 200lbs. Either way, I will be following your log and adding any positive information I may have. Sorry again that I was an ass in your posting. I always wish the best for everybody, and I will always offer the best advice I can. Never want to see anybody mess themselves up ya know. Anyway, great choice for first ph.

thanks man i didnt really think you meant it like that but its my first time doin this log thing and i was like damn do i even want to do this? I do appreciate the support very much and my goal is around 185 so im hoping to atleast put on a solid 10 to 15 off of this but no promises ya know.

Hitting the gym around 8 o clock this evening. Log will be up shortly after that. I have decided to do pics by the week so if change is there its noticable.

Ummm....

Doesnt sound like it dude, you need to have researched the hell out of if and had proper PCT BEFORE you decided to put oral steroids into your body. Rookie mistake man, just hope you dont have to pay the price

Thanks for the concern. But Im looking for encouragment not people telling me i dont know what im doing. Follow the log with positive feedback if thats a possibility. Instead of looking for peoples threads to make a comment like that which im sure you do often.

they aren't bashing you... the reason for having a pct ready could be this:

you may experience gyno... well u have no serm.. cause you waited till now to worry about it.. so you order your serm... complications in mailing/backorder/funding/etc... you dont get your serm for 2 weeks.. meanwhile your gyno has increased.. your anxiety has shot through the rough.. so you haven't eaten well.. gained no strength.. but grew bitch tits..

something major in your life occurs.. you know that u will not be in the gym for the next couple of weeks... you're on a cycle.. u need to get off.. but your already a couple weeks in w/ no pct... u cant just quit.. u wont recover.. but it's useless to keep running it w/o working out.. hmm.. quite the situation

u say .. screw the serm.. you go for otc.. it doesn't work.. you're shut down.. with possible gyno.. tiny nuts.. no libido.. and start losing musclemass and putting on fat..you're officially worse than when you started.. you're now 150lbs...


not to be an ass man.. but this is why you always have your pct.. hopefully w/ a serm.. before u start.. **** happens.. dont ever think it wont happen to u

Dont read what Dr Phil up there wrote. It is all true and can happen to anyone but do what the **** you want you only live once and just so you know you didnt need to waste your time typing all of that information because none of it is new to me. EVERYONE I REALLY APPRECIATE THE CONCERN OF EVERYTHING but the point of this is to watch my progress and help me stay positive and that is why i started this log. I dont want to hear all of the things i read about for 6 months before i finally got the balls to take this ****. So everyone please be positive. Thanks.

for those of you wanting to know why you should wait.. read my above post.. to the thread starter...there has been no name calling.. no one is calling you dumb.. just knowing the risks.. we think it would be safer to have things on hand in case it goes sour.. it's worth waiting a few weeks for "supplies" to come in if obstacles pop up..

but like you said... you only live once... screw it.. dose it up to 8 weeks of SD.. i mean.. you only live once right? *extreme sarcasm*

but anyways.. good luck with the cycle.. i'm runnin havoc in exactly one week that's what brought me to this thread

Taking a cycle of steroids is no small thing and can have big consequences. I took them at one point with barely any knowledge as well. I lost libido... i should have gotten gyno. Idk how I didn't. Just be careful man and listen to the people trying to help you. Were hear to encourage and keep you positive but also help you to avoid the negatives so chill out and listen rather then sticking to your guns and being ignorant and stubborn.

Being stubborn and telling someone that i didnt start this thread to be told things i already know is not the same thing. I really didnt mean to come off stubborn and i understand the reason for concern and it is very much appreciated. Thanks to all of you for reading.

I'm just starting my third week of Havoc (30 mg).It's strong stuff. Here's some positive feed back- you're going to love the strength gains. Get some sort of PCT ready! Not trying to lecture you on whether or not you're ready for a prohormone or any of that stuff. Play it safe; enjoy the gains you'll be making while on Havoc; and keep on enjoying them afterward with proper pct.

Day two was a great workout i must say. Still on only 10 mg's but im thinking about going ahead and moving to 20 mg's on Friday. I did shoulders tonight and was more pumped then ever before and couldnt believe the strength gains already. Heres the workout.

Dumbell Front Raises - (20x12) (25x12)(30x10)
Dumbell Shoulder Press - (50x12) (60x7) (65x4)
Smith Machine Upright Rows - (20lbs+bar) (40lbs+bar) (50lbs+bar)
Bent Over Dumbell Side Raises - (20x12) (25x10)
Rear Delt Machine - (50x15) (70x10)
Shoulder Press Machine - DROPSET starting and 150 down to 70.

Nice starting numbers.... looks like your shoulders are pretty well up there in strength already compared to the other excersizes you did today.

I just see a lot better results in my shoulders using lighter weights for most things but the press. My shoulders are defidently the muscle that could use the least work.

Day three was pretty good it was my least favorite day legs. I know I know they have to be done but that doesnt mean i have to like it. I only had 45 minutes in the gym today so the workout was cut a little bit short but here it is.

Warm up on bike for 5 minutes.
Freeweight Squats - (135x15) (185x12) (205x12)
Lay Down Leg Curls - (50x20) (60x18) (70x12)
Incline Leg Press - (205x15) (205x15) (205x15) - My legs where already dead.
Straight Leg Deadlifts - (135x12) (135x12) (135x12)
Quad Extentions - DROPSET from 130 to 50.

I'm really going to kill my legs throughout this cycle i want to add a solid inch that would be great haha. Also i decided to start 20mg's tonight so we will see how that goes!

Sooo what are you doing for PCT? Im looking into doing havoc stacked with Furazadrol but not shore what to do for PCT. I've been doing a lot of research and everyone is saying something different. Just trying to figure out the best thing to do.

il be following as im wondering what results youll get being so light and a first timer. you got a good amount of muscle and decent strength for your size atleast.
but i have to say not too long ago i was also 155 and all i did was eat food and am now over 220.


HAHA damn man see if i could gain weight like that i wouldnt even be on this **** i was taking in so many calories and so much protein for like 6 months and couldnt get anywhere above 160. If i make it to 170-175 with havoc and eating right i will be more then satisfied with gaining 20 lbs but im not counting on it haha. Either way afterwards im going to stick with it and see how much muscle i can put on. But thanks for reading bro!

I am taking today off from the gym simply because can barely walk haha. Yesterday was the first time i have done legs in like 2 weeks and the pumps that havoc gave me were insane. I plan on eating like a mo fo and letting my wheels rest. POSSIBLY going to go do back later tonight around 9 or 10 but its all depending on if i can walk far enough haha. Still on 20 mg's.

seriously man, these guys are just trying to help you and make sure you dont mess up your body so dont blow up when they ask if you have a PCT lined up. You really arent where you should be to be running a cycle. and you dont seem that knowledgeable

Day five was a good day. I did arms and was loving the pump i was getting. The pumps are getting painful but from what ive heard thats a good thing haha. Heres the workout.

Close Grip Bench Press - (135x15) (155x10) (175x7)

why so light on the bb curls? i would go for 6-8 reps


Well...for a while there i was doin a little heavier weight with less reps but since I've started doin 18's like 6 reps up top 6 down low and six full reps I have seen significant growth in my arms. I really concentrate on the squeeze up top and slow release. Give it a try you might like it too!

DROPSET on Cable Rows - 140 down to 80.

Well everything is going good I havnt had time to get any more pictures up but I am seeing some changes for sure so I will try and have those up soon! I took Sunday off and yesterday was Chest and Traps so heres the workout.

Incline Plate Machine - (100x15) (140x12) (160x8)
Incline Barbell - (135x12) (155x7) (185x2) My Barbell is weak due to horrible shoulders.
Flat Bench Plate Loaded - (180x10) (230x7) (230x4)
Incline Dumbell Flyes - (45x12) (50x12) (55x10)
Cable Flyes - (80x15) (120x12) (160x8)
DROPSET on decline press machine. 160 down to 80.

Smith Machine Shrugs Forward and Behind - (135x15) (225x10) (225x10)
Dumbell Shrugs - (70x12) (80x12) (90x10)
DROPSET on plate loaded shrug machine. 250 down to 75.

Today is shoulders I am going around 8 o clock and will have it up after that. Thanks for reading guys.

Shoulders was great today.I was hurting so bad after the first set thanksto doing all incline for chest yesterday.Heres the workout.

Front Raises - (20x15) (25x12) (30x10)
Dumbell Press - (50x12) (60x10) (70x5)
Bent over Sides - (20x12) (25x10(25x8)
Rear Delt Machine - (70x15) (70x12) (90x8)
Upright Rows - (60x12) (70x10)
DROPSET on shoulder press machine. 150 down to 50.

I wasn't feeling much stronger then last shoulder workout today probably due to the fact that i didnt eat so great today. Overall I had an awesome workout and the pumps were very intense. I'm starting to see a little more size nothing drastic yet but its only the beginning of week two. My weight was 159 at the gym tonight but Im not really worried about documenting my weight until the end of the cycle so I might not post it. Okay I tried to put pics but it wont load :/ ill try tomorow Im tired as ****.

this is why i told you not to do a log on here cause most people just bash you. Havoc is so mild you could run for 8 weeks and be fine with no pct. Yes better safe than sorry, but you guys go way to over board for a mild ph.

First time on since Tuesday so I will have to catch you up. I took Wednesday off because my allergies were ****in with me bad. Thursday I did arms and it was great heres the workout.

Barbell Curls - (50x18) (60x18) (70x12)
Close Grip Bench on Smith - (135x15) (185x10) (225x3)
Incline Dumbell Curls - (20x15) (25x12) (30x10)
Dip Machine - (270x12) (360x8) (360x8)
Cable Reverse Curls - (80x12) (90x10)
-SUPERSET-
Reverse Grip Pulldowns - (100x10) (120x10)
DROPSET on curl machine and dips to failure.

Yesterday I did legs but i forgot my notebook I will have to write it out and get back on here and post it. I weigh 162 in the morning so 7 solid pounds in 2 weeks is not a disapointment by any means to me.

Thanks for the support bro. Yeah a buddy told me before i started a log on here people would basically bug me with things about pct and taking something like this at my weight age etc. Taking tonight off had a good eating and resting day. Chest tomorow Im excited.

I did Chest yesterday and it was a great workout. I am going to do shoulders tonight in about an hour then both workouts and my weight will be on here!

If I were you I would up the dosage to 30 mg, if you havent already and run it through that way to the end. Havoc is a great PH with a low side profile.
