been a while since ive had ppl critique my form. all these lifts are when im exhausted, i think thats the best time for a form check cuz thats when your form breaks down. the video is still processing i think, give it a few min.

You're REALLY slow moving under the bar on both snatches and cleans. Moving like molasses. It's one thing to lift exhausted, but you should be attempting weights that you're missing after doing that much work.
Looks like you could use some speed work with the empty bar and light weights on snatches. You've got plenty of pull, but you're just floating down hoping it's enough. It won't be, ESPECIALLY when you add 20 more kg. The bar simply won't go that high, so you have to be faster than it and get under it solid.
Jerks look GREAT. You move under the bar really well and lightning fast. I'm going to attribute your slow snatching to laziness rather than fatigue ;)
Cleans it's the same thing. The weight is light so you're kind of half-assing (have to sneak that word in for you, you're welcome) the move under the bar. Commit yourself to receiving the bar in the low position, turn it over lightning fast, and everything will be sharper, more consistent, and easier.
Still, nice work for such a long absence from vid-making!

thx mada :) always good to hear criticism from you. i recognise im slow as **** and partly dont even try to be fast cuz i get extremely lazy :P. i go so slow that a lot of times i see myself in the mirror and can actually analyze my position and think after i pop the bar: "uh uhh.. drop a little lower.. okay rack it" on a 225-245lb clean.
on my 255 clean today i dropped surprisingly fast and felt for the first time the weight crashing onto my shoulders, i had to wait like 2 seconds for it to drop on me though.
ill take your advice and start doing some 135lb speed work and look like a panzy :D

Especially on snatches. I have a feeling the heavier the cleans, the faster you'll move, but you don't instill as much confidence on snatches!

I'd insult you for listing a snatch weight in lbs, but all my own workouts these days are in lbs, too, so I guess I can't do that...
I'll know you didn't stand up with it and it practically bonked you on the top of your head.

ive done it before tho so i have the right
now if ive never ever stood up with a 102kg snatch its a problem
and yes it bonked me, i doesnt hurt for some reason tho

I've dropped snatches on the big of my back (the area above the "small of my back"). It never hurt me, either... Wonder if I'll ever snatch 100...

I dropped a snatch on my back twice, yesterday was the worst my QL is still in spasm.
Can't believe you didn't get hurt!
