I came into the gym late last night to take a few vids of my back... preparing for a contest coming up in march... dont mind the pastyness though i know i need a tan.. other than that what do you guys think??

ps... i will put the vids up the next couple threads it just told me i need to have a few more thread posts before i can put in videos.

hmm that is a good question.. thanks for being sincere.. i call them milkjugs except on the video im not going all the way up above my head like i usually do but if i go all the way up i use lighter weights.. and heavier weights to hit the upper back more... kind of like a combo of a lateral raise and a back fly.. great for the traps and rhomboids and really good for building rotational strength on the rotator cuffs..
