If you mean something to track your foods everyday, fitday.com is pretty popular.

I am dieting at the moment and I want to keep track of my macro's for manipulation purposes, so fitday.com will do the job?

Fitday is the best if you ask me. Let's you see an exact macro breakdown, and create custom foods - a pretty useful feature.

X2 for Fit.day.

It's free, easy to use and you can even add "custom foods" - e.g., post workout shake etc.

I just have a nutrition info book that I picked up at Barnes and Noble.......I keep my book and my notepad together next to the scale. I find it easier than having to input everything into the computer. Its a little easier to eat on the go that way....if I had a laptop, that might be a different story.
