Hey

Just as added motivation and for detailing i wanted to detailed my final 6 weeks before my 2nd year of competing. ill try to keep this as detailed as possible and i hope you all enjoy it and best of luck with your prep

5:00 am Protein Shake with 5g Glutamine, 3g BCAA

6:00 am: 300g of Grilled Fish

7:00 am: I train (Driking Scivation Xtend during workout)

8:00 am: Protein Shake with 5g of Glutamine, 3g of BCAA

11:00am: 300g of Grilled Chicken Breast , 200g of cooked Brown Rice , 100g of Green Beans

3:00pm: 300g of Grilld Chicken Breast, 200g of cooked Brown Rice, 100g of Green Beans

5:00pm: Protein Shake with 5g of Glutamine, 3g of BCAA

5:45pm: Preworkout Drink

6:00pm: Training with Scivation Xtend

7:30pm: Protein Shake with 5g of Glutamine and 3g of BCAA

8:30pm: 300g of Lean Beef Cuts with beans and brocolli

10pm: Cassein Protein Shake with 5g of Glutamine , 3g of BCAA

Supplements also taking during Cut:
L-Carnitine
Fish Oils
Mulitvitamin

This year i dont try to plan to win any competitions but i certianly want to come into better condition and improve the quality of my physique.

Here is a photo comparison of Last Year during Contest and This year 6 weeks out from the show.

Please critique it as much as possible as im always looking for positive feeback to improve.
