I never have before and am really motivated to give it a shot. If anybody is willing to take a look at my progress pics and let me know if they think I can be ready for my first one by Dec. 5th.
Any help in prepping would be GREATLY appreciated!
Shoot me a private message as well as a reply on here letting me know what you think.

BTW if you want the link for the competition lmk, I can send it to you

I think you need to continue focusing on adding more overall mass. If you wanna be competitive you'll need a little more size. If you were to cut now, you'd be going in too thin. Just my honest opinion.

Best of luck!

If you compete in a natural modeing competition you can lean out now and be competitive. If you wanna compete in bb, adding more mass wouldnt be a bad thing to focus on. Great progress pics tho! Congrats on what you have accomplished thus far!

For both honest opinions. It is a natural amature competition in a high school. So I cant be positive on the level of competition. I am very competetive by nature but I think this would be more of a chance to get my feet wet, experiance the competition, and decide if its something i would like to do extensively. Dont think I wont take this one seriousely however. Im acting as though I am entering untill I make my final decision. Just wanted some opinions. I have heard that natural competition looks more specifially toward symmetry and proportion than just overall size, is this true?

Thanks again for the opinions and you both look fantastic as well!

You are normally judged on symmetry, muscle density and conditioning. True, the biggest guy doesn't always win. If you did a natural competition today, more than likely the judges feedback will be to add more overall size. Nothing wrong with that as you work at it in your off season.

Best of luck no matter what you decide.

If you juice, bulk till x-mas or new year's.

Then cut till June, and then you can compete in the summer.

That way you will not only look good in the summer, you also won't suffer through the holiday season while dieting AND you will gain the proper mass in order to compete.

Thanks for serving.
