I promised everyone I would keep them updated on how I did at the Heart of Dixie. I placed 1st and qualified for Nationals. The competition was so tough and each competitor brought their "A" game. The experience was unforgettable.

Now with training in general, my trainer would like for me to take around 1-2 weeks off to give my body a resting period. Well, I'm not too sure how this is going to work, because I was already thinking about going to the gym 2 days after the show. At the same time, I know it's for the best. My body was extremely sore the day after the show. It's definitely going to take some time to recover from a long day of competing and from many weeks of hard training. In the mean time, I guess I'm going to have to just dream of going to the gym.

Many people have already asked me when my next show is going to be. It's definitely something I need to think about. As of right now, I do not plan on doing another show this year. I really need to focus on building muscle mass in the areas I want to progress. Then, I will compete again in probably mid-spring/early summer.

Lasty, I wanted to thank my family, friends, and fans! I would not be where I am today without you!
