Just tried this today and had a mediocre workout(my strength was fine, just not really any difference in focus/pump), but my stomach is absolutely killing me. I can't eat anything because I throw it up moments after.

Anybody else experience this?

I've used numerous pre-workout supplements in the past, and have never had this problem.

It doesn't effect my stomach at all, and I thought it was great energy and pump product. I'd try it again and if the same thing happens then you better switch to another prewo.

I think it might be that I ate about 30 minutes before working out, and I also did cardio in 100+ degree weather after my workout.

I just took some pepto, and I'm feeling a little better. A friend of mine reccomended it and I was really excited to take it, but it wasn't a great first experience.

I'm gonna give it another go on monday.

I'd imagine it had a lot to do with you eating right before working out than doing that extreme heat cardio. Either of those alone could have caused it, combined... fun stuff.

how much did you take? most people only need a half serving (1/2 scoop) because its strong stuff. dark rage and cardio do not mix. i started feeling sick after doing more cardio than my usual 10min warm-up before hitting the weights. i couldnt have imagined running in the sun after taking DR. as far as your energy/focus/pumps/ in the weight room; its not going to get much better than DR. i believe jack3d is a close 2nd though.

x2, I definitely would not use dark rage with cardio unless you're only doing a little bit at the end of a workout.

I used a full scoop, I'll just use half a scoop next time. Also I'll do my cardio later in the day. Thanks for all the responses.

Used half a scoop for my past few workouts, and they were great.

Thanks for the advice and sorry for not thinking harder about what was causing my stomach ache.
