its been a very long time since ive posted on here. just seem to have fallin away. i used to rep for epic nutrition but through the months i just lost touch with the owner and things fell apart. was supposed to rep at the arnold classic, ended up never happening. things didnt end bad, they just ended.
would like to get back involved. also would really like to start repping for a company that i believe in. so might as well start out with a non-sponsered log. no bias here.
lil background. been lifting since i was 15. turned 21 in june. this is not my first prohormone run. ive done several cycles. including andro when i was 16 because gnc was sum idiots and sold it to me. so i know all the risks and side effects that come along with these things.
this will be probably the 3rd or 4th time ive ran superdrol. never ran tren. ive always kept the dosages low in the past with drol. usually 20-30mg and mabye 40mg for a few days. 40mg is just to crazy for me. anger and moodyness usually effects me the most on these cycles. i turn into another person. i tried to run this product a few months back but had to get off after a week cause i would literally flip on the dime. this product is easily the most potent product ive ever used.
im already 4 days in to the cycle. have only taken 1 pill each day. i will determine how many i will go up to based on how i feel. most likely run 10mg first week. 20mg 2nd and 3rd and possibly 40mg to finish up. if anger gets too bad ill lower it back down.
im coming off a really hard cut. got down to the lowest bodyfat ive ever been.
when i started this ultra ripped i was 179lb. im up tp 183lb 4 days in. but adding back in carbs and alot of water its no suprise. i easily gain 10-20lb of weight on a typical 30 day cycle. usually keep 5-7lb.
Diet:
eat as much as i possibly can. whole wheat breads. oatmeal. chicken. tuna. fruit. veggies. noodles, almonds, walnuts, natty p, muscle gauge protein. try to keep my red meat to a minimum. id say on an average day 3800 - 4800 calories. i can usually keep the bodyfat from going up on these cycles. i just want to add as much muscle back on in these 30 days but not get to fat. going to be staying away from whites and excess beer and sugars.
Training:
ive been cutting for the last 6-8 months so my strength is basically gone. my highest max on bench was around 365lb twice. squat 350+, deadlift 395+lb. in the past i trained on lower reps so my strength went up quite a bit but i didnt see a whole lot of muscle growth. im totally switching it up this time and cranking up the volume and reps up at 10-12. i havnt logged my workouts yet since thing have been so spiratic. i will start tommorrow. trying to get each bodypart in twice a week.

milk this. - 600mg+ a day
mabye pick something else up for liver support

fish oil
eph hardcore - when i need a lil boost preworkout

in the past ive spent so much money on pointless supplements that i thought i needed. going straight forward and basic this time. i firmly beleive 75% diet, 15% training, 10% supplements
attached are progress photos through the years. so glad i documented how far ive come. its craaazzzyy. and the other camera phone one is from today, still a lil pumped from my workout. my highest weight ever is 208lb and in the last photo in the trasformations i was 168-170lb.
