its been a very long time since ive posted on here. just seem to have fallin away. i used to rep for epic nutrition but through the months i just lost touch with the owner and things fell apart. was supposed to rep at the arnold classic, ended up never happening. things didnt end bad, they just ended.

would like to get back involved. also would really like to start repping for a company that i believe in. so might as well start out with a non-sponsered log. no bias here.

lil background. been lifting since i was 15. turned 21 in june. this is not my first prohormone run. ive done several cycles. including andro when i was 16 because gnc was sum idiots and sold it to me. so i know all the risks and side effects that come along with these things.

this will be probably the 3rd or 4th time ive ran superdrol. never ran tren. ive always kept the dosages low in the past with drol. usually 20-30mg and mabye 40mg for a few days. 40mg is just to crazy for me. anger and moodyness usually effects me the most on these cycles. i turn into another person. i tried to run this product a few months back but had to get off after a week cause i would literally flip on the dime. this product is easily the most potent product ive ever used.

im already 4 days in to the cycle. have only taken 1 pill each day. i will determine how many i will go up to based on how i feel. most likely run 10mg first week. 20mg 2nd and 3rd and possibly 40mg to finish up. if anger gets too bad ill lower it back down.

im coming off a really hard cut. got down to the lowest bodyfat ive ever been.

when i started this ultra ripped i was 179lb. im up tp 183lb 4 days in. but adding back in carbs and alot of water its no suprise. i easily gain 10-20lb of weight on a typical 30 day cycle. usually keep 5-7lb.

Diet:
eat as much as i possibly can. whole wheat breads. oatmeal. chicken. tuna. fruit. veggies. noodles, almonds, walnuts, natty p, muscle gauge protein. try to keep my red meat to a minimum. id say on an average day 3800 - 4800 calories. i can usually keep the bodyfat from going up on these cycles. i just want to add as much muscle back on in these 30 days but not get to fat. going to be staying away from whites and excess beer and sugars.

Training:
ive been cutting for the last 6-8 months so my strength is basically gone. my highest max on bench was around 365lb twice. squat 350+, deadlift 395+lb. in the past i trained on lower reps so my strength went up quite a bit but i didnt see a whole lot of muscle growth. im totally switching it up this time and cranking up the volume and reps up at 10-12. i havnt logged my workouts yet since thing have been so spiratic. i will start tommorrow. trying to get each bodypart in twice a week.

Supplments:
aps ultra ripped
8-betanabol occassionaly preworkout
milk this. - 600mg+ a day
mabye pick something else up for liver support
vitamin
fish oil
eph hardcore - when i need a lil boost preworkout

reversital at proper dosage
test booster - still gotta pick one up not sure - just a simple and cheap one
green mag - scoop a day with sugary drink

in the past ive spent so much money on pointless supplements that i thought i needed. going straight forward and basic this time. i firmly beleive 75% diet, 15% training, 10% supplements

attached are progress photos through the years. so glad i documented how far ive come. its craaazzzyy. and the other camera phone one is from today, still a lil pumped from my workout. my highest weight ever is 208lb and in the last photo in the trasformations i was 168-170lb.

Maybe a little more liver support and def something to aid with blood pressure for sure!

day 5

dosage - 10mg

workout - off day

notes:

-every bodypart was really sore. havent been training heavy or at really high intensity for the last 6-8 months so these first four workouts got me being able to barely move im so sore. chest has been sore for 4 days.

-small headaches periodically throughout the day

-skin is alot more oily

-small increase in acne

-all day vascularity - other prohormoes ive been on have done this for me but not nearly this quick, only 5 days in and my veins are popping out like crazy all day

-all day fullness - my muscles are full from the time i wake up till i go down, love the look superdrol gives me, but this product has kicked in quicker than anything else.

*Notes -

-chest was still a lil sore so i took it easier on it. strength gain is still nice, decline bench felt really pretty easy at the weight. havnt been able to do that weight for months. no spotter too.

-strength wise felt nice

-muscles stayed full and swollen the whole time like i was on 10g of arginine or something. veins poppin out everywhere.

-mentality in the gym is where i figured it would be, just not this soon into the cycle. didnt want to leave, could of lifted for 3 hours. drol makes u feel like an animal

-188lb - up 9 pounds already in 6 days, pretty crazy, if only it was all muscle

-skin really oily

-headaches getting a lil worse - anything i can get to supplement this?

-anger is under control, moodyness too

-im feeling really good on 10mg, cant wait to see what 20 and 30 brings

-i see some really huge strength increases to come throughout this cycle.

- great workout, felt like i could have went all day long. unlimited muscular endurance and just the plain drive to kill the weights.

-really full through my workout. got such a pump in my forearms i almost had to stop cause they were throbing so bad

-everytime i look in the mirror i can tell theres growth

-really oily

-ance increases

-headaches still kinda bad

-irritability is going up, people are starting to piss me off a lil more

-negative thinking

some celery seed extract would go to work for you a little sooner as it doesn't need to be preloaded like HB. Not sure if you'll find it at wal mart, though- I always have trouble finding it.

Gram a day for HB
Celery Seed Extract will vary depending on what ratio it is.. something like 200 mg's a day of an 8:1 ratio is good.

-forarm is aching from the pump right now from just typing

-bench felt really easy, havnt benched that much in prolly a year

-tris and chest was still a lil sore, so i know next time i do bench i should hit 270ish

-my bench usually goes up 35-50lb in one cycle

-feeling really good in the gym, going like a madman

-full all over, veins still popin out.

-anger is getting quite a bit worse

-moodyness up

-cramping

-headaches

-recovery..i havnt been anywhere near as sore these past days as i usually am

i can see quite a bit of difference.

my chest has filled out more
my arms are quite a bit bigger
shoulders filled out
traps a lil bigger
forarms are up prolly 1/4inch
ive got a lil more fat on my sides, nothing to crazy
