Fixed. The way to embed videos in the forum is like this:

where that code in the middle is the unique YouTube video number thingy - the unique part of your video's URL (address) on YouTube. Oh, and remove the spaces (only added here to prevent it from actually embedding the video again).

Its just going to lsit the 5. not in any order. THe 5 are automatically moved into the 15 finalists. 15 male and 15 female. Then 5 are decided by Iron man judges. no more voting. Then those 5 go to cali!

We actually had to cut a couple of winners from Round #1 (people with the most votes) because they didn't have their videos uploaded. :(

A clarification:

"Well, I can't list exact names, but there were a couple of people who would've won round #1 (based on votes), but didn't have either photos or their video yet. That doesn't mean that they're "disqualified" (or cut) from the contest, only that they're back in the running for rounds #2 and #3. As long as they get all their stuff uploaded by the end of the 3rd round, they can still potentially be chosen to become semi-finalists and move onto the final rounds."

If your video isn't up by the end of Round #2, however, you won't be eligible to win that round. Basically by waiting until the last minute, you're reducing your chances of winning from 3 chances down to 1 chance. It makes more sense to get your video up ASAP, thus increasing your chances of being picked. Also, you'll potentially garner more votes each day if you have a video for people to watch. This, of course, is also a huge factor in who gets picked.

Oh, and please make sure that you place the video in your "Videos of You" section on your BodySpace profile (and not the "Favorite Bodybuilding and Fitness Videos" section), since the "Videos of You" section is what is linked to on the contest voting pages. Otherwise, we'll assume that you didn't upload a video - and others probably won't find it either, which will probably cost you visitor votes.

That's the finals, not the semi-finals. The online votes will be in a poll format, not the regular contest votes from the preliminary rounds. If you already won a round, you don't need any more round votes, so you can relax until the semi-finals, since you're already in the running for one of those potential finalist slots.

From the rules:

The semifinal round will put the 15 men and 15 women against each other. Voting will be scored from a panel of judges comprised of representatives from Iron Man Magazine and Bodybuilding.com to choose the final 5 men and final 5 women.

During the final round, votes from visitors to the Website will count for 50% of the scoring, and votes from a panel of judges comprised of representatives of the Promoters and Sponsor and celebrities from the fitness industry ("Judges") will count for the other 50%. The decision of the Judges shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Competition.

All 10 finalists will compete against each other during their stay in Los Angeles as part of the 2010 Los Angeles Fitness Expo, and will be rewarded with a photo shoot for Iron Man Magazine.

I am so excited to get back on track, as I was losing some steam about this particular competition being it is so difficult to self- promote when you only get to your computer a couple times a week.

Sooo... I'm going to post an email from someone on myspace... I do not KNOW him, or even correspond with him, but he replied to me about the voting, that some people have "voting programs" so I asked what he meant, and here's the email

<<<<<<<<lol most voting systems where people truly want to win, the odds are stacked.
I used to know alot of people a few years back who stacked the odds on NBC's America's Next Top Model who should be kept and all that.
They had those those programs cranking out 25 votes per minute which when you think about it over a few days is a ton!!!
Whether or not if someone on their has used one or had someone who knows how to tip polls, I was just pointing it out because I have seen some crazy numbers on some of those polls that I find unbelievable no matter how many people you tell unless you are famous as heck I don't see it happening.
So, my advice, get smart, find a program, make yourself win ^_^
Either way for what it's worth I think you're one of the best looking ones on their and hope you get it.

Sooo... I'm going to post an email from someone on myspace... I do not KNOW him, or even correspond with him, but he replied to me about the voting, that some people have "voting programs" so I asked what he meant, and here's the email

They had those those programs cranking out 25 votes per minute which when you think about it over a few days is a ton!!!
Whether or not if someone on their has used one or had someone who knows how to tip polls, I was just pointing it out because I have seen some crazy numbers on some of those polls that I find unbelievable no matter how many people you tell unless you are famous as heck I don't see it happening.
So, my advice, get smart, find a program, make yourself win ^_^
Either way for what it's worth I think you're one of the best looking ones on their and hope you get it.

I worked for this 2.0 internet company and was the VP of marketing. Our company was up for something called a "webby" award....we were chosen as one of the companies & the final round was based on collecting votes but they had to come for different IP addresses & email addresses to count. Well I hustle & got everyone in the office to vote daily! In addition to that I sent out email blasts to all out members (it was a social networking company) & I also campaigned to our partner companies & other businesses to support us. Every day they would update the system & you could see what percentage of votes you had going for you. Well we were in the lead by REAL VOTES all the way up till the last 15 minutes of voting. Being a company with many programmers & "hackers" we knew that we could have created a program to automatically vote but we didn't want to risk the chance of being disqualified. Well in the end......SOMEHOW, this other company who was in 3rd place miraculously earned the most amount of votes...in the last 15 minutes?! Come on! We all knew they had cheated. I sent many complains to the "webby" award commitee including screen shots of the last 5-15 minutes of voting showing we were by far in the lead. Unfortunately, we nothing was done & the decision was final!

I really hope no one has done that because I, along with many of the girls, have been working very hard to get our friends support & votes. I know how it fel to work your butt off for something you really want....I know what it feels like to truely EARN something & reach your goals based on your efforts & the honest support of others & I hope & pray that us good girsl finish 1st! :) Crossing my fingers!

I think I'm going....I have a bikini girl competing there for her pro card & a few of my guy friends as well! It's still up in the air but I did find cheap flight tickets from American Airlines!!!;)

I think the hard part is trying to figure out how I should come in..
my trainer thinks I"m too lean, but when I put on weight, I think I just look dumpy... so I think I'd rather just come in lean, and try not to flex too much... LOL

OMG, if I'm up against voting software then I'm throwing in the towel. I work for a living, have 3 jobs and am in the gym twice a day most days of the week. I don't have time to promote like an animal or spend hours chatting online, but i try to post on Facebook & myspace fir votes.

I'm actually out there trying to get actual work as an actual paid spokesmodel & acting jobs. Heck, I even quadrupeled the hits on my profile with My BOdyspace Member of the month feature on BB. Com.
