First off the intro and backgrond...I am a 30 yr olf software consultant located in the Central Florida area. My current stats are 5'11" 195lbs. I am new to bodybuilding/training so alot of what I do is trial and error (I don?t have a personal trainer but I do alot or research online). I started working out/getting in shape back in Feb 2009. I weighed 225 lbs and my intial goal was to lose weight. I spent the first three months focusing just on cardio and getting back into shape. I managed to drop my weight down to 185 doing only cardio and not altering my diet. I slowly started lifting weights but had no real plan and I definitely was not managing my diet. About a month ago I decided to be more focused. I started with my diet. I significantly changed my diet by making better choices, eliminating fast food, beer and watching both calories and fat. After I felt I had a decent handle on my diet I added supplments to my training routine. My first supplments were:
Animal Pak (Morning), No-Xplode (pre-workout), CellMass (post-workout), Nitrix (3x daily), Muscle Milk (two servings daily) and USP Prime
My current training I am doing a split routine with all my weightlifting occuring early in the morning (5am) and cardio every afternoon:
Mon - Shoulders
Tues - Back
Wed - Legs
Thurs - Whole-Body Circuit (Very Light)/Cardio
Fri - Chest
Sat - Arms
Sun - Cardio
I am open to suggestions and always welcome constructive criticism as I am obviously learning as I go.

After some research I decided to go to the ?dark-side? and give the Trifecta stack a shot. I started yesterday (Thursday) which is my light circuit/cardio/recovery day. During my research I have seen that some people had some side effects like headaches, etc so I wanted to minimize the impact it had on my training just in case I experienced the same thing. I am happy to report that there were no side effects. My workouts for Day are as follows:
5am Workout:
Complete Upper Body Circuit (Very Light used most to stretch/warm-up muscles)
30 minutes on the TreadClimber (450 calories burned)
Afternoon Workout:
30 minutes Treadmill - 5 min warm-up, 5 min. speed interval, 5 min recovery, 2.5 min speed interval, 2.5 min recovery,
5 min increasing intervals to 8:34/mi pace, 5 cool-down jog (500 calories)
My diet was ok. I had a muscle milk shake in the morning, light yogurt with granola and oatmeal for a snack, chicken fajitas without guacamole (sp?) and a salad for lunch, yogurt and a muscle milk shake for mid-day snack, fish for dinner with scalloped potatoes for dinner, yogurt for snack and a muscle milk shake before bed.
I?m going to have to grab some whey protein because there?s no way I can eat enough protein in my diet (even with muscle milk) to equal 1gram per pound of body weight.

I forgot to mention that I am following the recommended dosage of Trifect. 4 Methyl 1-D, 4 Methyl Masterodol as directed. I am also taking the following supplements:
Animal Pak (1 pack per day with breakfast)
No-Xplode (3 scoops prior to workout)
Nitrix (3 pills 3x per day)
Cellmass (2 scoops per day)
Glutamine (2 pills 2x per day)
My workout today was alright. Today was chest day and that seems to be the only part of my body that doesn?t get a huge pump from working out. Every other muscle group I get a ridiculous pump that makes me feel like I?m going to explode out of my skin, just not my chest. My workout is below:
Dumbell Press (40lb x 12 - warmup, 60lb x 10, 65lb x 8, 70lb x 6, 50lb x 12 - failure)
Incline Press on Smith Machine (115lb x 12 - warmup, 135lb x 10, 145lb x 7, 155lb x 6 + 2 partial reps, 115lb x 12 - failure)
Dumbell Decline Press (45lb x 12, 55lb x 9, 60lb x 6)
Low to High Cable Fly (22.5lb x 10, 25lb x 6, 22.5lb x 8 )
Pec Deck (130lb x 10, 135lb x 6, 135lb x 6, 125lb x 8 )
Push-Up (2 x 10)
Wide Push-Ups (2 x 10)
Later this afternoon I will do cardio and abs.
As always feedback is always welcomed.

First off the day 2 wrap up.
I did 45 mins of cardio (20 min on the elliptical and 25 minutes on the stair master) followed by a full ab workout. My ad workout consisted of a mini-circuit. Ab Crunch Bench (30 lbs), Roman Chair Leg Raises, Standing Oblique Crunches (45 lb weight). The ab workout felt ridiculous stronger than normal but I'm not sure that on day 2 its anything more than placebo effect.
On to Day 3
Today was arms day. I forgot to take my notebook to the gym so recording actual weights is out for today. I felt really strong and the pump is insane. I'm not sure how much credit goes to the Trifecta stack but I'm sure its certainly had a positive effect since my body has pretty well adapted to the No-Xplode. I set-up a few new personal records as noted in my work-out below:
Dips (New PR - 25lb hanging weight x 8 reps)
Preacher Curl (New PR - 85lb x 8 reps)
Rope Tricep Extensions
Reverse-Grip Bicep Curls - Standing Bicep Curl to Failure Superset
Skull Crushers
Overhead Cable Curl (New PR - 35lb x 6 reps)
One-Hand Tricep Press
Bicep Half Curl
Forearm Curls
I felt incredible strong throughout the workout and my actual workout time was 1hr 20mins which is about 25 minutes longer than I normally workout. I probably could have gone longer but I was definitely at the point of deminishing returns. No cardio this afternoon so my next report will be tomorrow.

Subbed, and just a headsup the headache may be due to high blood pressure from the PH, and there isn't a real need to stack it with a NO product because it will cause high blood pressure too other then that looking forward at how much u gain

Wow...so yesterday was like walking through a diet field of land mines. Between my nephews birthday party at chucky cheese and dinner out with friends danger was everywhere. Luckily I made it through unscathed. My diet is still in tack and I'm happy to report there was no pizza, wings or beer had by me....On to Day 4 report....
Today was shoulders day...I pretty much had to drag myself to the gym today so I wasnt expecting a stellar workout by any means...I was suprised that it went as well as it did. There were no pr's today but I felt strong throughout and even managed to have enough gas to hit the TreadClimber for 20 minutes after the workout.
My routine today was:
Front Lateral Raise Superset with Side Lateral Raise
Shoulder Press (Smith Machine)
Behind the Neck Press (First time I have done this exercise)
Wide Grip Front Lateral Row
Rear Delt Machine
Shoulder Shrug
I've started to integrated partial reps into nearly every exercise because I love the burn I feel. My goal is 2-3 partial reps at the end of every set.
After my workout I weighed in at 194lbs. Thats a net change of -3 lbs since Wednesday. I'm sure most of that is water weight but given how many calories I have been consuming I was shocked to see that there was a weight loss.

Today was a day of changes. I ran out of No-Xplode and I was on my last few servings of CellMass so I decided to change it up. I went with Gaspari SP250 and SizeOn. I have never tried the products so it will be interesting to see their impact on my overall routine.
Day 5 is Back day. My routine:
Assisted Pull-Ups (4 sets)
Dead Lift (4 sets/ New PR 235lb x 8 reps)
Straight-Leg Deadlift (1 set)
Low Row (4 sets/New PR 140lb x 8 reps)
1-hand High Row (3 sets)
Lat Pulldown (3 sets)
1-hand Pulldown (3 sets/New PR 100lb x 10 reps)
Back Hyperextension (3 sets)
As noted above, I set 3 new PRs today which is awesome considering my back/lats were probably the weakest muscle group for me when I started working out. On a side note and unrelated to Trifecta.....As far as the the switch to SP250, I noticed a different in the type of energy from No-Xplode (less jittery), more pump throughout the workout with the only negative that I was sweating like a beast.
I do have a question on a potential minor side-effects for the experts:
I usually don't sleep a ton anyways but I have noticed some sleeplessness. The last three days I have found myself waking up just about every two hours. I don't have trouble getting back to sleep its more annoying than anything.
Thats it till this evening. In the spirit of football season I've got two-a-days planned all week. Lifting in the morning, Cardio/Abs in the evening.

I've got 3 days left until I start formadrol. I've actually lost 2lbs. I made some nice strength gains though. I think this stack would be better during a cut.

I ran the Trifecta Stack, didn't seee much change except for when I started using the formadrol in PCT
thats because all three compounds in the tri fecta stack contain DHEA + atd (a.i.) among other fillers.
formadrol uses the 3alpha instead of 3beta version to mix it up, but all contain dhea and atd.
good luck to the poster though, it is a good safe begginer run with pro hormones.
But you could of just bought 2 bottles of 100mg of DHEA from wallmart for like 5-7$ each, and also bought a bottle of an A.I for like 15-20$ and saved some money.
Also, just to keep you informed, dhea does convert into test. but also has multiple chances, even before it becomes test, to directly convert into estrogen. the aromatase inhibitor will do nothing for dhea converting into estrogen, but will stop the aromatization of test into e. good thing you wont be using a high enough dosage to have effects of 4-andro-diol,(1,000+mg e.d.) or anabolic steroids.
but you should have more gains than with nothing, and dhea is proven to increase muscle tissue and be safe for older men & women.
Good luck, and be careful!

To wrap-up day 5...i got in 35 minutes of cardio ( 25 mins of speed intervals with 5 mins of warm-up/down) and a nice ab workout. My diet has been on point the last few days although I've found the amount of dairy I'm taking in does bad things to my stomach.
Day 6 was Legs day. I felt strong through-out the workout but I wasnt particularly motivated to be in the gym today. I think I've decided that I'm not really a fan of SP250 which sucks considering NoXplode doesn't have the same effect it did when I first started using it. I did manage more new pr's today. I'm not sure if I will gain any weight on this cycle since I'm doing so much cardio but I have definitely managed to gain a significant amount of strength. Let's just hope I keep it all.
Squat (new PR 255lb x 10 followed by another PR 275lb x 8)
Single-Leg Squat
Leg Press (new PR 14plates x 6)
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Seated Calf Press
Calf Press
I have more cardio planned for this afternoon

ahh i misunderstood...during research i saw where some people experience headaches when they first started out....i didnt personal experience them so i figured i was in the clear....i did some research and it was all over the map...so should i just drop the nitrix and sp250 during the rest of the cycle. it looks like using the handy dandy search feature that there seems to be no consensus on the creatine during the cycle....
thanks again for all the help...btw

he's taking dhea at minimal dosages with atd he does not need any support supplements, and n.o. and creatine will only further boost gains on this estrogen/test converting pro hormone.

Today is an off day so to speak. I did do some very light cardio just to work the kinks out and to get the heart rate up this morning. I weighed in an 195.5lb which is up 1.5 lbs, again probably do to water weight. With all the conflict info, I decided to stick to my current supplement regimine (in addition to the Trifecta) which consist of:
SP250 - 3 scoops Pre-Workout
SizeOne - 1 scoop Post-Workout
Nitrix - 2 tablets, 3 x day
Glutamine - 2 tables, 2 x day

Results are definitely start to be noticeable. I had a co-worker ask if I have been working out...SWEET!!
After the off day yesterday I was itching to get back at it. 5am...had the iPod pumping out 'State of Trance 2009' at full blast...I was ready to go. Today was Chest Day...I felt awesome throughout the workout.
The workout:
Bench Press (Smith Machine) (5 sets)
Wide-Grip Bench Press (Smith Machine) (2 sets)
Dumbbelll Incline Press (4 sets)
Machine Decline Press (3 sets)
Cable Cross-Overs (3 sets)
Cable Low-to-High (3 sets)
Pec-Deck Butterflys (3 sets)
No PRs today although I felt stronger on the bench press and was able to get not only my normal 5 sets but i was able to add-in 2 sets of wide-grip presses.
I have Cardio on tap this afternoon.

I'm 5'11" and my weight right now is ~195. I'm not sure what my actual %fat is. I still have some weight/fat to cut so if I had to guess I'd say arond 20% body fat. My strength has increased most in my shoulders, legs and back. I've had some strength increase in my arms but not much. My chest is lagging behind everything else. I will post pics if I ever get to 30 posts. I took before pics so I have those sitting around waiting.

Yesterday I got in 45 minutes of moderate intensity cardio. Also through day 9 my diet has been clean. I did cut out one protein shake a day so my daily protein intake averages around 150grams vs the 190-200 grams I was taking in.
Day 9
I woke up this morning sore all over and considered taking the day off since today was arm assault day. I couldn't actually bring myself to take the day off though so off to the gym I went. My arm assault day consist of alternating exercises between triceps and biceps until my arms basically feel like spaghetti....not very scientific but I love the pump I feel throughout...
The Work-Out
Weight Dips (New PR 30lbs hanging x 8)
Preacher Curl
Rope Tricep Extension
Rope Overhead Tricep Press
Reverse Grip Curl superset with Dumbell Curl to Failure
Reverse Grip Tricep Extension superset with Single-Hand Cable Press Down to Failure
Upper/Lower Half EZ-Bar Curls
Forearms
I wasn't really motivated through most of the workout. But I did manage to keep a nice tempo and maintain a good solid sweat throughout.
My goal today is to do some research so that I can mix my routine up over the next week or two. I'm open to any suggestions/killer workouts if you willing to share them.
No cardio this afternoon but I will hit the gym for an AB workout.

Today was shoulder day. I switched up my workout based on some research I've been doing both in the forum and on the internet. My workout today looked something like this:
Lateral Superset (Front, Side, Bent-Over)
Smith Machine Shoulder Press
Behind-Neck Press (Smith Machine)
Front-Delt Row
Arnold Press
Shoulder Shrugs
Rear-Delt Extension (Pec-Deck)
I felt strong thoughout the workout and I've noticed that I've been getting in higher rep sets (with the same or more weight) despite the fact that for some reason I just havent felt the same intensity this week. Not sure if I will get to cardio today since I have so much yard work to do...but I will hit abs tonite.

Back day today. I was pumped to get in the gym and I felt strong throughout the workout. I'm definitely seeing significant strength gains. I weighed in today at 195 3/4lb. Which means I'm gaining virtually no weight. Hopefully I'm trading fat for lean muscle mass.
My workout today:
Assisted Pull-ups
Deadlift (New PR 245 x 6 reps)
T-Bar Row (New PR 120 x 8 reps)
Single-Hand Upper Row (Machine)
Single-Hand Front Pull Down
Bent-over row
Planning on going for a run this afternoon if it doesn't rain all day. No abs today.

Today was legs day. The Trifecta stack really seems to be in full gear. I feel stronger in just about ever lift and I am beginning to be able to visibly see the difference in the way I look. The only minor side effect I've really noticed tp date is irritiability but even that is managable and easy to control.
My workout today:
Squat (New PR 295lb x 8)
Single-Leg Squat (Burner)
Leg Press
Leg Curl
Leg Extension
Calf
I plann on doing Cardio and Abs this afternoon.

Almost there....
Day 15 was arms day. I definitely felt better after a day off and the focus and intesity was back in the gym. At this point I'm not sure what if any effect the trifecta stack is having. I'm working out harder than I ever have so it's hard to credit the strength gains to any one thing.

Alright I'm all caught up....Today was shoulders...I felt incredible throughout the workout. Strength, intensity, concentration and the pump were all there. My workout for today is as follow:
Superset (Front lateral, side lateral, rear lateral)
Shoulder Press
Vertical Row
Reverse Pec Deck
Shoulder Shrug
Behind-Neck Press
Doing the superset of laterals at the beginning of the workout definitely makes all the difference in the shoulder day. I get the burn early and it sits the tone for the entire workout. I did notice some soreness in my forearms so I'll have to keep an eye on that in the coming days to make sure it doesn't become a bigger problem.
I weighed in at exactly 195lb today which means I'm basically holding steady. Impressive since I'm taking in a ton of clean calories and protein. At some point I will need to do a body fat % test to see where I'm at.
Finally....No cardio or abs today.
