I'm looking for some new lower body exercises and circuits for some of my clients. I'm primarily looking for suggestions that are purely bodyweight exercises and that don't involve jumping, or being on the ground on the knees. I'll take any suggestions though! Thanks.

Bodyweight Lunges, squats, and one-legged squats.
One legged squats is definitely a good one, challenging too.
Don't know what to call this but, lunge once towards a bench, then next step is on the bench and raise the other knee to his/her chest.

step ups, side to side hops, front to back hops,
I use all of those. You can also add in other exercises with db's while performing them.

Bulgarian split squats (force them to really stretch their hip flexors by having their front foot forward enough and make sure their back knee gets almost touching the floor)
Split squats w/ the front foot elevated at various heights.

I believe that's a step up to balance. But I think NASM says to bring the knee only up to hip level and to fully dorsiflex the ankle.

I like to do
Squats
Lunges
Reverse Lunges
Calf Raises
Sumo Squats
and walking wide step Squats
usually have a dumbell to two dumbells for some of those. 10-15lbs seems good for an out of shape person. Resistance Bands also work really well for squats and hip extensions etc.
