My client took on a big program. She does conditioning, endurance and power based movements similar to crossfit. She also is training for a half marathon. I've never dealt with this before and have no idea what it entails and how to train with it.

Research it, then apply it to your training. Contact her Dr if need be.

It's not in any of my manuals and I researched online.
From what I've seen it says that exercise makes this worse but there were not necessarily the best sources of information.

is she taking medicine? make sure and get her to rest! my cousin had it and hes a big workaholic. he just stopped everything and chilled out for a week or so.

Depends on what stage it's in, early onset, chronic, etc... If it's long term/chronic, it doesn't look like she should be going through the tough workout that you say she is. Best thing you can do is get something from her doctor explaining limitations and go from there.
