Been seein lots of ads for these hand grippers to build your forearms. I work forearms on my arms days at the gym but I was wondering if these things work worth a sh*t and whether or not its worth it to even spend money on them. I dont want it as a primary way to build forearms but as something I can use throughout the week occasionally to help out. Your thoughts? Thanks

Which ones are you referring to?
Ironmind makes the Captains of Crush line of handgrippers and they are considered the best by many. I have several myself and enjoy using them as a supplemental tool.

Yes Grippers work, serious ones! but their main goal is to build your grip(nothing better than a mean handshake).and like all heavy things, they will build size.

if size only is your main goal. wrist rollers are the best for that IMO

They're not meant to be a forearm builder but I'd imagine you still might gain some size if you get really strong.

THey're cheap.

They improve your grip for deadlifting.

nuff said.

They also make a great destressor. When driving in your car and someone cuts you off well you can lay on the horn or pick up the grippers and rip her head off! Also good during long drives to keep you busy and......................................... productive! Prevents fatigue from creeping in, if you know what I mean.
