What's up guy's. Tore ACL and had surgery on June 1st. I am about 8 weeks out. Knee is ok, still have the clicking sound. I am also a football player. I am going to get back in football mode and start hitting the gym. Any programs you have had sucess with? I am going to stay away from squating until my PT gives it the ok, but what about RDL? Any suggestions, tips and what worked for those who were in a similar position. I have to be ready for pro day in March. I don't want to push it and mess everything up but I also want to get this knee ready to go.
