I'll be there, amateur division, I believe Luke Ehlis will be there also, he just won the heavies at the WA State, and then in the pro mens division my good friend Brad Loomis will be competing, and then in the womens pro bbing my good friend Angela Compili will be competing. Also new pro card winner and friend of mine Jeff Alberts, the middleweight and overall winner at the WA State will be doing the pro division, along with his brother WNBF Pro Paul Alberts I believe

The Dog gets unleashed in a week! I agree I'm super excited about this show and everyone I talk to is as well. Roy Perry is so excited he offered to email me what the overall trophy's look like. He's going to help make this a great event.

just got contacted by jeff alberts, he's decided to not do the show this year, he's really burnt out! Been prepping since January 1st and he has had a great season, won the NGA Mr California and his NGA pro card, won the Lightweights at the INBF Capital City champs and only missed the overall by 1 point, won the overall and WNBF Pro Card at the Washington State, and he just won the middleweights at the Pacific USA NPC Naturals...guys there are only 1 year drug free! Ha - if you are bringing up weak points - I'm killing myself bringing mine down. This season has been all about getting my fat butt lean. I am finally liking what I'm seeing so Sac should be the most fun I've had all year.

To answer a few question for LeRoy - Yes, the MC is funny and the singer is great. The venue is crazy and he does plan to hold it there again next year. Perry has really busted his butt to give us all a good show. As a promoter myself, I know the time and work that goes in- it is overwhelming at times, but having our athletes happy at the end of the day is all worth it and that is Perry's goal.

Perry and I will be bring a Pro/AM show to San Diego next year. We decided to join forces and lock down CA. After much thought we felt that Pro Figure has a lot of shows to choose from through out the year, so we are going to offer Pro BB and Pro Fit Body in 2010. Our goal for 2010 is to bring a great show for the INBF/WNBF athletes as well as bring awareness of the WNBF/INBF in a saturated NPC dominated state.

Hey I am new to the Body building community. I was asked to be a photographer for my sister who participated and took 3rd place in the amatuer portion of the competition. Yes I am very proud of her. I took many photos of many of the contestants that evening and had a great time. I have these photos posted on my site for viewing. The second part of this is that my sister has offered to train me and attemt to get me into shape for a possible competition down the road. You had a MUCH better camera angle than the photog we PAID for through the show!! I wish you could have been there for prejudging, where i looked MUCH better ( started filling out around 3pm i think due to my body's time change from east coast to west coast...lol)
