I did this show in 2008 and the competition was steep! The top 3 in the LW class from 2008 are all now in the WNBF. Not to mention the lighting at the venue is the best I have ever seen so the stage shots came out great!

A smaller show but very very well run.
I'll be there next year no question.

Sounds like a show I may be interested in attending / competing in. Only time will tell and my deployment status of course.

i've been training hard to get ready for this show since it's in my back yard,i won the mid lbs class in '08 and i should be bigger n better this time round! it's a great show if you can come check it out
