Glad INBF finally got a section here. With FAME and NPC getting theirs, I'm glad an organization like this gets their own section.
Ideas for things to post here:
- pictures and results from contests: as we're well aware, families and friends take pictures and have them available well before the websites post results. This is a great section to post those pics!
- upcoming events, WNBF athlete appearances and chances to train together: getting tips from the pros is always rewarding, and we can use this forum to network in the natural bodybuilding world.
- contest prep logs
- pre/post show critique and constructive criticism
- upcoming shows
keep the ideas rolling!
Awesome!
This is pretty exciting

This is something that has been in the works since late last year and I'm glad it finally came about.

Yes, this is an AWESOME opportunity for this great organization to continue to spread and promote natural bodybuilding. Those are all VERY good ideas Bryce!! Will do.

some awesome ideas. This section was in the works for sometime and it is long overdue. I look forward to being an active voice in this section and working with others as they achieve their goals!

One of my goals is to improve communication with the athletes, promoters and Federation. I think this forum will help with that, and if there are any personal issues, just send me a PM.

I'm thrilled this new forum is here! I've been thinking about an INBF event for my first show and have been looking at some options. Has anyone had experience with any of these shows in the northeast US? I'd interested in finding one that is very well run to enter next year. I've only seen a few local (non-INBF) shows.
Thanks!

Naturalmania in New York City and Nancy Andrews Monster Mash are coming up. Both are very well run.
Matt Johnson's Natural New York State is always top notch.
Check out inbf.net for the coming events.

Sabrina...
I can tell you from experience that both Nancy's show and the Naturalmania are excellent ones.
One of Nancy shows was my first ever 5 years ago...and it got me hooked!
The Naturalmania 2 years ago was where I won my pro card...so naturally I have a soft spot for that one.
Good luck with your decision...you really cant go wrong with any of the INBF shows.

Thank you both for your replies! I have seen the inbf.com listings, I was just hoping to get a little feedback from people who have competed and had good things to say about some specific competitions. :) This is very helpful, thanks!

I can agree with Jordan's post above. I won my Pro Card at the INBF Hercules a couple of years back (I would call this show the "brother" show of The INBF Naturalmania). With most INBF shows you can expect tightly, well run shows, good turn outs, competitive classes, fair judging and a pretty great overall experience.
Best of luck :)
