hello!
will weight gainers really help an ectomorph to gain any muscle mass.if so which weight gainer is the best one available.

I doubt if too many women here use weight gainers, unless they are extremely underweight.

Haha. I use weight gainers. (yes Msfit, I am a stick). I only use prolab, and ONLY post-workout. I read its the best because it has the least amount of sugar. So its one of the lower glycemic ones. VERY filling.

Yeah d-Lift, I was bone skinny when I began bodybuilding. After my first contest I wanted to get bigger so I bought Mega Mass. All that sugar got me mega fat. LOL I did gain weight, but a large percentage was probably fat. I dieted it off for a contest the following year and decided to go with good and MRP's.

I'm sure if you find a good name brand with a good nutritional breakdown it would be ok and not bulk you up too much.

Ok stick, time to become a tree. ;) :D

LOL OMG, I remember that being my goal. Actually, I remember when I hit 120 lbs solid! I was estatic. :D

I started gaining more muscle when I backed off training, down to 3 days a week, (MWF). Keep at it, you'll find your nitch. ;)

Funny, I just started that this month. (MWF) I found a new gym full of big juice monkeys so I feel like an ass when pressing a (girly)80 lbs. This will be good for me because I just came from an all girls gym where people looked at you dirty when you picked up dumbells that were higher then 20lbs. Didnt matter what the exercise was. Im closing in on 120 but I feel a little fat. Prob around 16% but Im an apple. I will let you know how it turns out in a couple months.
