I'm 21 yrs old and I've been lifting since I was 13
I just want to know for sure If you would consider me big
B/c i get a lot of mixed comments from people
My girlfriend thinks I'm getting too muscular, but then I hear from some else that I'm getting skinny. And sometimes I hear that i'm getting fat
So I'm getting confused with these mixed reviews
I want to hear some feedback to see if these are good numbers and measurements
or if should work on a certain area
Here are my maxes and measurements(sorry no pics my computer is messed up):
Height: 6'2.0" (1.88 m)
Waist: 38" (96.52 cm)- but i fit in 36 size pants easily, but that is my measurement. So i dont what that tells you
Weight: 220 lb (100.0 kg)
Thighs: 23" (58.42 cm)
Calves: 16" (40.64 cm)
Chest: 41" (104.14 cm)- Bench: 301 lb
Forearms: 11.5" (29.21 cm)
Arms: 16.5" (41.91 cm)- Bicep Curl: 128 lb
Shoulders: 17" (43.18 cm)- Overhead Press: 196 lb
Hips: 40" (101.60 cm)
Neck: 15" (38.10 cm)
Barbell Rows: 262 lb
Deadlift: 421 lb
Another problem I have is I don't know numbers well (EX: are 16.5" arms considered big?)
It would be great if some of you look at my numbers and give me some adivce on what to work on and what my overall appearence is (u know like am i jacked, fat, small?)
