If nothing else, it'll give you a huge ego boost (and I have to admit it is the BEST pre-WO supp I've ever tried, I've never had that much energy in the gym before. Weight for everything has gone up 5-10 pounds)

Oh and I'm not trying to make it sound like my arms are anything special at all, trust me they're my WORST bodypart by far and I know it (just hit 15 in. last week, h8 having such long arms for my height). Guess the pump is more noticeable in person.

Maybe look into dark rage. If you like that pump i've heard it hits you in 5 minutes and is intense.

i take it that your ego has been effected in such a way that it made you to take that photo. jack3d ****s with your mind, jack3d contains 1.3 dimethylamylamine which is known as a party pill and is banned in New Zealand. thus this is were you get your ego boost and you take photos which look completely the same.
