I dunno, whenever I work out, my shoulders are always sore, even if i havent used them for days or weeks. They just always feel weak! the rest of my body is in great shape but my shoulders look out of place. anyone know why? i used to overstretch my shoulder big time, i dont know if its because of that or what.
