My daughter got this recipe off the internet and we tried it ...
IT IS FABULOUS!!
Take two bananas .... peel and freeze.
When frozen solid put them thru the food processor with a touch of sugar or splenda ..
It makes a wonderful banana whip that has the texture of soft serve ice cream.
We have also tried adding strawberries ... YUM! :)
Amazingly, the kids are making this vs eating the ice cream in the freezer!

I may have to try it. I work for a frozen yogurt manufacturer so I get to take home fat free/sugar free stuff all the time which is great.
