wow, good work!
i was thinking of putting a set or 2 of high reps in after 5/3/1 squats instead of 5x10. mine wouldn't be that heavy yet, though.

nice squatting, one thing i think you could focus on is keeping that chest up, it looks as if once your hips raise and your start bringing them forward you tend to good morning the weight alil bit

When you are front squatting, you need to break with your torso parallel. Break with your knees not your hips.

I definitely have a big tendency to turn the form more into a GM as fatigue sets in. Haven't found an easy solution for this yet, even had a period of a couple months during some back pain where I exclusively front squatted which didn't help the form much when I got back to it.

Always trying to improve my shoulder flexibility and get my elbows down more. I can squat with my hands almost touching my shoulders in a perfect straight line with high bar but low bar is a lot more problematic for me.

true, also, why are you using a belt on only 225lbs?

Was a paper thin velcro Valeo belt- wanted to use it as a abdominal bracing cue but it came unvelcroed on the third rep or so. Didn't bother with it on any of the other sets.
