I used to be one of this guys that never thought that i could have a nice body and was made fun of when i was in grade school for being "chubby". damn it feel good looking back at all of those people and being in better shape than 95% of them :)
here is me 1 month into my lifting career (165lbs)

i dont have any progress pics between then (6 years ago) and the age of 19, but here was me a year ago (145 lbs)

just in the past year i have packed on close to 20lbs lean muscle. here is me currently (165lbs)

through my lifting career so far i have added 200lbs onto my bench, 270lbs onto my squat, and 315lbs onto my deadlift.
there is hope for those of you who think you cant do it!
