View Full Version : first time cutting stage...got some problems

okay.....i emailed my agent telling him i was thinking of quitting cuz i dont feel ill ever get to the size he wants. i explained all my concerns and such and he told me to really wants me to do this but understands if i stop.

now..i think hes confused with what he needs. he keeps telling me to add size (cuz im 6'2 female) so he can see the muscle definition. i have size, but i think i just need to go into my cutting stage if all he needs is to SEE my muscles better. so i said id go into my cutting stage now to see if i end up looking good. if not...ill be done.

heres my big issue. been very depressed and lathargic for last week. havent worked out much at all and pretty much wasnt eating at all. ive lost some size from doing this. what do i do? go a week of trying to add size again and then do cutting? how do i cut? i have a bottle of fat burners.

i highly doubt that you lost lost size with in a week of not working out. throw away the fat burners and hit the gym. if he wants to see muscle you will have to cut. eat 500 below your maintainence, lift heavy and do some cardio. you can preserve your muscle by lifting heavy and if you are that worried about losing muscle only cut you cals by 200-300. By only cutting your cals by 200-300 your weight loss will be much slower tho. 3500 cals to a pound.
