I get a pinching kind of pain in my left shoulder where my rotators are but only when i do overhead triceps exercises with dumbells. Particularly one arm dumbell tricep extensions and overhead dumbell extensions. This pain doesn't occur when i use my right arm for the extensions either nor do i get pain when i do other exercises even overhead presses.
The pain is so great that i can't do one rep, but when i try with my right arm i can do a full set! But at all other times I feel no pain what so ever (when im not training) and I feel as though my shoulder is fine??
What is my problem? Is it a pinching rotator cuff (from the literature i've read)? How can I fix this so I can keep smacking the weights?
