Ok guys I'm a little confused here. Everyone seems to have their own opinions on how to go about this diet.
1. should I still eat protein at night? If no, why not?
2. What should my fat and protein intake be for 250 lber @ 15% bf?(on or off)
I am also on prop/tren/winny.
So far I have just been getting around 30 grams protein and about the same fat for each meal. Any problem with this.
I appologize if these have all been answered before, but I am limited on computer time as of late.
Thanx brothas!

1. Yeah you should eat protein at night. Slower digesting proteins like those found in cottage cheese is a great last meal protein. Stay away from fast digesting proteins like whey just before bed.
2. fat should be a minimum of 137-155 grams a day. and protein should be a minimum of 250 grams a day (1g per lb).

at 30 grams of protein and fats
if you eat less than 5 of these meals a day.......your not eating enough.
if you eat 5 meals a day...that would equate to 1950 cals (a bit low on total cals IMO, as you may risk slowing motabolism), 150 grams of protein (too low) and 150 grams of fat (not bad).
if you eat 7meals a day......that would equate to 2730 cals (a bit high, but if you base you target off 12 cals per lb, it's just right)(I like to recommend 10-12 cals per lb for most people)
210 grams of protein (a bit low IMO) and 210 grams of fat (though I think it may be a bit high, it's ok IMO)
If your doing this for 7 meals a day, I'd up protein a bit and lower fat just a bit. If energy levels suffer up fat a bit.
PEACE

thanx Chi! Great answers. So far I am just loving this diet. It's so simple. Kinda bland but hey, ya can't have everything. Oh and I always get 7 meals a day. I actually get 8 on workout days if you count my 30g whey/30g malto post workout shake.

BLAND?!? Blasphemy! You can do SO much to make Keto "taste friendly". :)
There's a spice rack in the grocery store for a REASON. Add Cayenne pepper to anything for a whole new kick. :) Even eggs! Garlic Powder and Onion Powder are staples in my house. Black pepper. Chop up some of your greens and mix them in. Chopped Broccoli actually tastes kinda good cooked into a burger pattie. All of your sausage options are awesome too. Hot and Spicy, sweet italian, kielbasa, pepperoni, you name it!
Kick it up a notch bay-bee!

I'm am SO all about throwing spices in things. When it comes to low cost, tasty cooking...I'm the master. :)
Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Soy Sauce (in moderation), Various Bullion Cubes. It's ALL good.

bump on spices!!
spices, fat = Flavor.
I mean...when you're not on Keto, you're eating sh*t like plain tuna on plain wheat bread with no condiments...can you get any more bland and DRY than that!???
lol
It's all about the fat-grubbing gym-maniacs.
