I been having this problem for the past 3-4 yrs when periodically I get this really painful muscle cramp that would not go away for a short while at my left mid section. Happens mostly after couple days I deadlifted...is it my body telling me not to do heavy loads or I'm not eating right? Anyone have or had the same issue? How did u overcome it? This is coming to the point that it's so painful when it happens that makes me want to stop lifting..epecially in the middle of the night.
