Work on your posing! You are in good shape and you have a nice overall physique. Presentation can be the difference between first and third.
A few quick things:
- Bend your knees a bit more to let your quads flare out to the sides. This gives the illusion of better quad sweep!
- Work on getting your hamstrings to pop in the rear poses, you are lean enough, they should be more visible!
- For your side chest pose, bring the left arm in closer to your body and use it to push up on your left pec while flexing the left pec. This will give much more fullness/ bring out the striations in your chest.
Enjoy the show, you will have a great time!

Also on posing.
As well as bending knees try and "duck toe" your feet, brings out the sweep even more and makes legs appear thicker from front on.
Also try and rest your weight on your toes/balls of your feet, just barely touch the floor with your heels, makes your calves stand out more.
Oh and yeah looking brilliant mate, very sharp.

you look good conditioning wise for a first outting. Your posing is going to kill ya though. Sean gave some good advice. Id also add on the rear dub bi you arent flaring outward enough, it looks all scrunched up and its making you look narrow.
