My knees are absolutly killing me! It's not the joints, but the muscle right above my knee caps. I've been doing lunges and squats - but my knees seem to hurt even worse after yoga. :( I don't want to stop my routine entirely - the hubby will be home from deployment in about 8 weeks so I gotta tone up - but are there any muscle creams or other suggestions you guys might have to help? I am trying some Tiger Balm - what I used to use back in my track and field days...maybe it will help.
