taking parabolan with test.....

hi guys, im gonna take parabolan and test here trying to pack on some hard lean muscle mass, read so many different combinations for steroids and im a bit miffed as how much to take and when, i was gonna run 4ml of para a week and 1 ml of test as i would be sensitive to gyno, also 1 tamoxifan daily, should i do half a mil of test twice weekly and 1ml of para every other day??also what sort of diet should i follow, im 6'2 and about 200 pounds with a bodyfat of about 15% wanna put on as much muscle as possible and get the bodyfat down below 10%.........
