View Full Version : Getting ready for the Golds classic oct 24th! with the help of ifbb pro Jason Arntz

This will be my first show in 4 years the last one i did i did entirely on my own and didnt even place but im about 60lbs heavier and more knowledgable so im gonna get back into it with a bang. I will be starting my diet 15 weeks out so thats gives me another week and half before i start but i will be trying to put on another 5 or so lbs int he next 2 weeks before i start mt comp diet

Beinging stats

age: 21
height 6'2
weight 265
bf% 11

I will be posting my current diet and routine starting on monday. I also will be working with IFBB pro Jason Arntz he will be doing my diet routine ect. I asked Jason for his help a few months back i think with his help i will do really well.

My plan: im going to set some pretty high goals for myself this time. I plan on competing super heavy weight but we will see when the time comes. I will be doing the golds classic on oct 24th then the east cost championships on nov7 Im hoping to qualify for national status take the rest of the year off and compete at the Jr nats next year.


Ill be updating regulary so if there is any info you guys want to know id appreciate all the feedback and support i can get!

Awesome man. If you are working with Arntz that means you can't be too far from me in the central jersey area. I used to see him in LA Fitness all the time before i started going to a closer location. He's still an animal and i know for a fact he'll have you training like an animal. I remember when we somehow ended up on the same flight back from the 07 Olympia flying from Vegas to Newark haha.

And welcome to the world of Super heavy! You will find some tough competition in this area in that weightclass. I found that out this year :D. You sound like a beast with those stats, especially at that age. Post some pics when ya get a chance bro

Thanks bro! Yea I have hurd some great things about Jason i actually met him becuase he works for vpx and i order product from him for my nutrtion store in medford, nj. Its good to hear im gonna have some heavy competition to be the best you have to beat the best ive alway been a big beliver in that! Ill definetly post some pics later today if i can get them uploaded

meal 1

16 eggwhite
2 whole eggs
3 slices of 12 grain bread
1/2 cup blueberries

meal2(preworkout)
44 grms protein with bcaas and glutamine
1/2 cup oats

Meal3(post)
same as 2 with a banana

Meal 4

10oz boiled chicked
2 cup yams or 2 cup oats
half a bundle of asparagus

Meal 5
60 grams protein
1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 6
8oz talapia
1 cup green veggies

Meal 7 if needed
44 grams of protein
1 cup greens

I have to agree with you from the front i dont look like it but i had it done with calipers and my bis tris and back are just naturally very very lean which why it comes out to about 11 percent i wish it was the other way around but 15 weeks should be no problem to do that!

haha thats crazy man. you got some good size on you bro so itll be fun to see how you dial in. As long as you don't cheat outside of what jason allows you, he'll have you peeled dude. You are in a great area of the country to be a young bodybuilder as I'm sure you already know. So kick some ass and show em how we do it in the dirty Jerz!! :D

havent posted in a while ended up getting sick so i had to take sometime off : ( starting training again tommorow! I lost about 10lbs from not eating for training so i have some catching up to do.

I did meet with jason on sat and heres the current diet he gave me.

Meal 1: 60 g. whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 banana, 1 tbls natural peanut butter, 1 scoop fiberteq (all in blender)

Meal 2: (post workout) 60 g. whey 1 scoop fiberteq

Meal 3: 8 oz steak, 6 oz yam, broccoli

Meal 4: 8 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cups rice broccoli

Meal 5: 8 oz steak, 7 oz potato, vegetables

Meal 6: 8 egg whites 1 yolk, vegetables, 1 bagel.

he is still having me put on some size for the next few weeks especially since i lost about 10lbs id like to be about 270 275 before i starting dieting down

Felt pretty good after being sick for a week i was surprised at my strength i didnt seem to lose to much. weighed myself this morning before i ate i was 260.5
