Start down a bit lower and don't have your knees so far over your feet. Also, make sure your head and butt are rising at the same speed. Your butt was moving up faster than your head and then you ended up using your back to get the rest up.

Place bar over mid foot
Bend at WAIST ONLY to take grip
Bend knees til shins touch bar, leave hips right where they are
Arch back, chest up
Pull bar up legs
Get normal sized plates

It looks too light to judge how you actually pull when it gets heavy but I would say push through your heels and lessen knee bend while sitting back more to put your back at a more verticle angle.

You definitely need to sit back so that your knees aren't that far over the bar. You are pulling all back and not getting your hams involved. Right before you go to pull, bend at the hips and bring yourself closer to the bar and explode off the ground pushing through your heels while keeping the bar as close to your body as possible

Hard to tell for two reasons: the weight is to light and the plates are to small.
Lots of comments about knees so far over the bar, I think this is exagerated by having small plates on the bar With full size plates the bar would be higher off the ground.
Just get your weight back on your heels and keep the bar close
