Hello All :o)

I'm planning on entering the Ottawa Championships in November (Figure Masters) and I was looking for some advice on the best books and posing DVDs out in web-land. IFBB/NPC based posing is what I'm looking for.

Check YouTube...you can pretty much find anything! I would practice the judging right along with the video. It helped me mimic what being on stage would be like.

Anybody know of any good competition prep books?
