Right now i dont have enough money to train. before the i trained mma, bjj, and boxing for 2 years. i have a punching bag at home and access to 24 hr fitness. how can i train like this. is their i routine i can follow. thanks

well this isnt the best place to ask this ? people only post logs in here. ill try to help a little though
for your grappling and mma fix, id reccomend you trying to find a partner or a few dudes you could roll with and spar. sure theres no mats but maybe in your yard you could grapple starting from the knees. or try to find some mats for cheap. honestly if youve trained for 2 years you should be able to think creatively and be able to make it work
as for a weight lifting routine....i dont do much for lifting, besides the 3 big lifts (bench, squat, deads) and some dips and pullups. with alot of running and alot of core work
