So I was on an EC stack for 7 weeks, and things have been going great. I just cycled off it starting this week, and my workouts have been crap. Strength and intensity are significantly down. Its also affecting my level of motivation.
Of course everyone is different, but what is a reasonable time frame to bounce back from this? The loss of strength/intensity/motivation is making me want to start back on it (or not go), but I am thinking that may not be in my best long term interests.
Advice?
