posing teaching videos!?

perfect posing is VERY good and VERY boring
Gary is a great instructor, but horrible presenter
but it is one of those 'must haves' for a competitor

Also - hint
once you practice these a lot, you need to spend a lot of time in front of a mirror and you need to be front relaxed, then close your eyes and move into the pose, only looking once you feel you are set, you have to be able to FEEL the pose correctly as there is no mirror on stage

i have tried that ,actually not so much but i did
i lost the 2nd or 3rd place and took fourth cuz of positions
