Im still a newbie in this forum but i gotta say all these people in here inspire me!!!!!! thanks for all ur threads!!! My motivation is basically all the help I get from family and friends!!! Especially when they see me and don't recognize me any more i went from 185 to 140 and when my family and friends see me they just cant believe how much i lost its all the motivation i need!!!!
